No need to argue on Judicial Reform here in ourselves as
above discussed and let us join on the seminar being held at Mumbai on
22 & 23 Jan.
From the mail of Sarabjit, I understand that he may not like
to join the seminar on Judicial reform at Mumbai.
O.K. never mind those who are interested, may join it.
I propose to join it on 22-1-11 and 23-1-11.
You may be aware that politicians are getting relief from
SC, that is why Moily sahab wants amendment in RTI Act and soon may
bring a Bill, in which he wants that Judges would be taken out of the
ambit of RTI.
Serious part of the bill is that those who will use/misuse
the assets details of HC SC Judges will be sent behind jail for three
years.
It is necessary that we should share our views in the
seminar on Judicial Reform.
