Re: [HumJanenge] UNITY and Unification in RTI movement

Dear Dr Sharma

Wajahat would not have delivered the judgement that he delivered in agarwal's case without the blessing of his godmother. With the kind of orders he had been delivering even in very very minor case (for example in my case against the national consumer disputes redressal commission!), one just cannot attibute any sense of logic or fairness to him. Even coming to the agarwal case, do you think that it is such a great case as far as the RTI Act is itself is concerned. At the cost fo reptition, even a fifith standard student after reading the RTI act would have said the same thing but much more fairly than wajahat. And now that the letter of KGB to the PM is out we know that what KGB did is outright treason for which he should have been impeached instead of being given another luxurious office!

DEAR RAVI TO COMMENT
My comment for Mr. Wazahat  are that he can not be a
traitor , though he never did any help to me personally, but he took
up the case of Subhash Agarwal against  SC / HC Judges.
As regards appointment  as CCIC OR CIC from amongst the
bureaucrats & Judges, I agree with Ravi, that  majority of them will
never deliver the goods in favour of common man using RTI.
