A panel of 4 names was put up for the consideration
of the 3 member selection committee. As these were all
sitting ICs Ms Swaraj apparently indicated that she had
no objection to / preference for any of them, and the matter
was left up to the PM to convey to the President.
The formal letter from PMO to Madam President is being
finalised.
