Just taking part/pseudo action wouldn't do Also systemic changes,say through introduction of fool-proof checklist based system(which includes certification at different levels for having performed the duty/role with due diligence) also MUST be brought at the fatest to prevent recurrence of similar or other types of wrongs.
If we admire quality products/services from the market system why quality(best quality rather under the circumstances) GOVERNANCE/ADMINISTRATION can't and shouldn't be desired by us all?
There's need to build a nationwide campaign for quality governance.Not just ritualistic/ status-quoist,but dynamically of the best quality.There need to be proper multiple measures to identify/calibrate the quality.Its the task of PMO that works on RFD(Result Framework Documentation).
How these concepts in lucid manner could be circulated widely is the major challenge before we RTI Activists.

(xiii) or move high court taking the plea of non publishing of
information under proactive disclosure.

the respondent to implement section 4.

Its a Cotarie ( sindicate ) SIC Ramanand Twari remains defiant,

All of us clamour about development. We strive to reaffirm our fundamental rights. Please also consider this.
Recently onion prices increased to Rs. 75 a kg. Number of reasons were ascribed. Blocking of Onion loaded trucks at Wagah border, hoarding, destruction of crop by incessant rain & floods etc.
Has anybody advanced the reason of drastic reduction in fertile land & causes of it?
To all of you, Cement/concrete/its debris is alkaline in charecter & destroys the fertility of soil.
To produce one kg of Cement 900gms of CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) is spewed into the atomosphere.
Concrete being alkaline, scientifically it has been established that it disintegrates from the articles it was bonded with. Hence, Concrete buildings are not lasting & amenable to human health.
Under destruction masquerading as development, scores of paddy, wheat, jowar, maize fields have been converted into concrete jungles destroying fertile land!
Artificial manures too, being alkaline, destroy the fertility of soil. Insecticides toxify the soil as well as produce. Plastic that is biologically non degradable, contaminate & toxify soil as well as anyhting that is edible or potable packed in them, with dioxins. Today we have everything packed in plastic including medicins! Human health is held at ransom.
All of us mislead ourselves that developmenmt connotes largesse & numerous concrete buildings & well being is measured as wealth one posseses or the number of gold biscuits one sports in ones pocket knowing fully well that they cannot be eaten whereas only biscuits made from wheat flour only can be eaten.
Water conveyed in GI(Galvanised iron) pipes contain Flouride & by PVC(Polyvinylchloride- Plastic) pipes contain dioxins both are harmful to human health. In open wells. water from concrete ringed ones is an open invitation to kidney stones! conventionally built open wells are either destroyed or contaminated by development!
With population increasing exponentially & fertle land shrinking exponentially the day day may not be far away that all of us will have money in plethora but edibles/potables in want!
When will we wakeup resist systematic destruction? Use RTI/ Read acontents of attachment.

1) There is nothing specific in Bhagat Singh to support your case. In
any case Bhagat Singh has been weakened by so many subsequent
judgments of the same Delhi High Court, and as Mr A.N.Tiwari so aptly
demonstrated in that famous "split decision"
2) The proviso to 8(1)(j) is merely a reiteration of the principles of
the Representation of People Act, ie. MPs (and Parliament by
extension) are merely representing the citizens at large. It is not an
enabling provision at all.
3 Lastly, your remark that information submitted for statutory
processes cannot be deemed to be personal information is flawed.
There is a large body of orders / caselaw which upholds the SIC's
order in the present MV case.

I also complained to Governor of Karnataka about KIC & its ICs. The complaint is attached. I soght tactical solidarity. None supported except Bimal Khemani & Urvashi Sharma of Mahila RTI Manch UP. Not a single self proclaimed RTI Activist of Karnataka or anywhere else in India excepting the two, expresseed their solidarity. I spoke to Arvind Kejriwal of Parivartan as well as Vibhav Kumar of Kabir, Pandav Nagar Delhi without any avail.
When I received a mail from Asawati about murder of .... do not remember his name, I had advocated national level solidarity among RTI users by repeat of similar applications on attempts to exposure of corruption. None cared a dime. I advocated for insistance of dislosure under section 4 of RTI none pays heed except concurrence by Khemai.
Yet I am with Kejriwal & his companions for RTI is fundamental & human right iof every citizen inDemocracy in India
