To: india-gii@lists.cpsr.org

I am not sure how many group members are aware of recent Nira Radia tapes
exposure given that mainstream media including the more 'free' foreign owned
has decided to blackout the existence of these tapes ostensibly citing lack
of authenticity but in reality because 'who is who' of Indian media, big
business and politicians are involved. This is just to spread the word and
defeat the conspiracy of silence.

Please feel free to forward these contents.

Sir

Many Thanks for remembering a small person like me.

However, your media friends are even better clowns

So Sir can YOU please tell us how / why you selected a particular

The email he has used in replying above does not belongs to CIC. Its the government allocated email addresses managed by National Informatics Centre (NIC).

Well it certainly looks as though CIC(ANT) is making up for lost time and undoing all the damage a certain publicity crazy lazy bum did in his 5 years as CIC. The non-publication of the Annual Reports was entirely due to Pankaj Shreyaskar, and I hope that CIC(ANT) places some observations against him in his ACR.

Observe also how IC(SM) is now placed higher than IC(AD) in the pecking order.

Re: [HumJanenge] Re: CIC minutes of meeting

Expulsion of Mr. Kris Dev is painful.  This blog has become the tv serioal big boss where members are seen fighting among themselves most of the time..

If former Chief IC Mr. Wajahat Habibullah is compelled to make adverse comments twice viz. 'rude' and 'entertainer', it has some meaning.  We r civilised persons and want to deal with others in that manner.  My vote for civll and gentle language and not for intemperate.

Now, this group is serving the interest of public and RTI less and has become a battle field more. I give call for social boycott of (no need to mention name as everyboyd knows him) if his tantrums continues.

I also request you to expel me from this group as my request for unsubscribe has fallen on deaf ears. .

Dear naveen tiwari .

sarbajit uses his mother tongue to write his messages .
to be very frank . I like his language because it gets attention he wants  .  if he says "honorable sir " then perhaps no one will notice him. he says "RTI haramis" so every one gets fired up against him and he gets attention of 25 people on board .

The organisers of this network, being pioneering founders of the
monkey brigade and deeply concerned about the fate of RTI in India if
left solely in the hands of the monkeys, had sought my assistance in
setting up / managing this e-group, as  apparently I am the only RTI
personality left who can be as abusive or arrogant or pigheaded than

BTW, Mr Habibullah has already commented on my usage of certain

Re: [HumJanenge] Re: CIC minutes of meeting

Dear Sh Kris Dev and other members

The Regulations of this group are crystal clear and are applied
uniformly without exception.

Prime among them is that the list owner is empowered to take all steps
to control the quantity and quality of email emanating from this
group. In particular "abusive language" is not tolerated and neither
is self publicity.

If any member, including Sarbjit, steps out of line they will expelled
without notice. I am therefore required to expel Sh Kris Dev for
persistently publicising himself and circulating his mobile number on
this group.

We are also considering adding a fresh regulation to deal with fake
news / information being circulated via groups.

Re: [HumJanenge] Re: CIC minutes of meeting

Dear naveen tiwari .

sarbajit uses his mother tongue to write his messages .
to be very frank . I like his language because it gets attention he wants  .  if he says "honorable sir " then perhaps no one will notice him. he says "RTI haramis" so every one gets fired up against him and he gets attention of 25 people on board .

Re: [HumJanenge] Re: CIC minutes of meeting

Dear all,

I tend to agree with Naveen. We need to be professional. We should shoot the message and not the messenger. I for one has been following this in all discussions. I have dealt in the past with Mr. Prakash Kardaley and others on this principle.

Using uncivil or fowl language is not in the best interest of such a respectable group, irrespective of who are the founders / moderators / members. Ultimately it is the present members who have to decide on civility or else quit with no other option left as rightly stated by Naveen.

I propose to put to vote:

A. How many would like to see / read, civil language / communication in this site?

B. How many would like to see / read uncivil / impolite language / communication in this site?

I vote for A (count 1).

I invite and request all to please vote and add the count to A or B as per your choice.

With no ill will to anyone

Best,

Re: [HumJanenge] Re: CIC minutes of meeting

May I be permitted to join with you, if it is concerned anyway with RTI...There is a disappointing experiance with me where Hon'bel the CIC didn't bother to go through the case records (perhaps for the reason that I failed to attend the personal hearing) and dis-allowed the appeal without deciding the accountability under the Act ibid...It makes me feel that the CIC is the agency of the government...
