[HumJanenge] URGENT: Use the HJ website/forum

Dear Friends

The list owners of the RTI Unity project are concerned that the volume
of email on the HJ list has been rising exponentially, and members are
not trimming their posts or posting substantively.

This is otherwise a welcome and healthy trend considering that for the
first time in recent memory activists are getting a forum where they
can communicate in real time to thousand of their brethren.
Unfortunately we feel that the communication is often raw and
unstructured causing a vast section of our members to complain offlist
to us.

Some of the areas where we view substantial discussion / debate to be
possible includes

1) IPC 498A public notice for comments to Rajya Sabha
2) Draft RTI Rule OM inviting comments to DoPT
3) Writ Petition challenging appointment of CIC and ICs
4) Monitoring of section 4 disclosure by public authorities
5) Countering corruption, strategies and collaboration
6) discussing corrution of individual Information Commissioners.

We therefore invite / request / compel all interested members of
HJ-Google to register themselves at the new HJ website forums. It is
only for members serious interested in pursuing these subjects. We
have a lot more facilities available to us at the website, such as
private threads, chat, polls etc.
