Dear Bhagwanji
Many a citizen is wondering why the courts need to be closed for summer holidays like school children. Why cant judges take leave like everybody else, office goers, doctors, scientists. With a huge list of pending cases courts should never be closed. As it is every 3-4 months a judge presiding over a court changes and the whole story begins again. It is seen that lawyers in this scenario wait for amore amenable judge & keep requesting for dates.
Judicial reforms when???
