Dear Ravi & all
Yes I join you that we must talk on RTI because Moily Sahab is
engaged By SC Judges to dilute it. Mr MK Gupta, & Mr D'souza too are
working on the issue. There should not be any hitch  & let all group
members join to empower the RTI. Accountability and transparency  are
most important factors and we must hit on the issue because SC judges
want to keep themselves out of the ambit of RTI, which must be opposed
tooth & nail.

Very recently against three Judges  of High Court Lucknow
Bench I made a complaint to CJI & President of India. Dr Rebello had
forwarded  my complaint to CJI as also to President of India & others.
One of the Judge after retirement was appointed as Chairman
of State Administrative Tribunal, in U.P.. However Hon. Chief Justice
F.I. Rebello,  of Allahabad High  court has got him removed that Judge
from Chairman of SAT.
Apart from my complaint against that Judge there was one
more complaint of a Circus Company, of bahraich in U.P.
AS YOU SOW, YOU REAP THE SAME
Kindly keep it up and must achieve the goal already fixed
by you ALL.
Regards
Dr JN Sharma
