[HumJanenge] SONIA GANDHI-RELIGION- RTI challenges

I do not want to discourage any one who is interested that Mrs
Sonia Gandhi may TELL THAT WHAT RELIGION SHE BELONGS TO.

I NEVER HATE ANY RELIGION, BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN PRESIDENT OF
THEOSOPHICAL SOCIETY, AT LUCKNOW AND AM A MEMBER SINCE 1966.

You will be surprised to know that THEOSOPHY IS ONE OF THE
SUBJECT BEING TAUGHT IN VISHWABHARTI UNIVERSITY, SHANTINEKETAN,
W.BENGAL and There is no other university in our country nor even in
the whole world where THEOSOPHY is being taught as a subject. Shri
Ravindra Nath Tagore, was too a believer in all religion and that is
why he introduced THEOSOPHY IN HIS VISHWABHARTI UNVERSITY.
I have been teaching at shantiniketan, West Bengal. I also
had met Mr B L Bhattachrya, who is the Secretary Federation of
Theosohical Society, Calcutta, W. Bengal.

Though Dr Annie Besant who also was a britisher, but
despite this she was also President of Congress party. She has
contributed a lot to the Indian society and worked as if she was a
hindu, & she wrote a book on Gita and several hundred of other
books, including, upanishad, on Karma Theory etc. & ALSO WORK FOR THE
EDUCATION OF CHILDREN.

In 1890 a meeting of the international group of
Theosophical Society was held at International headquarter ADYAR
Chennai, where it was decided to work for the independence of India
from the clutches of British Govt.
The meeting was presided by Dr Annie Besent and Lord Hume
( who too was a britisher BUT WHOLE HEARTEDLY WORKED FOR FREEDOM OF
INDIA), Dada Bhoy Naorozi and many others were present. May be that
this was first meeting where role of Theosophical Society and the
Congress party was assigned for freedom of our nation.
Dr A.P. Sinnet, who too was a britisher and was Editor of
Pioneer news paper, at Lucknow & had also played role for our
country's freedom.
SO I DO NOT WANT THAT THERE SHOULD BE A DEBATE ON REGION OF
SONIA GANDHI.
