The CVIC has delivered a direction to all public authorities.

I believe that this is a completely illegal direction given for
corrupt reasons. Accordingly I request the assistance of HJ-GG members
to draft a suitable RTI request leading to a contempt petition
thereafter against all ICs (incl CIC) who are party to this decision

The prize money for this is Rs.1,000/- only carried forward from
challenge #1 which is unclaimed.
