[HumJanenge] Re: RTI Unification advisory

Dear Dr Gupta

Assuming for a moment that you are a medical doctor.
Would you recommend to anyone that he take antibiotics
when it is not required. Does this not build up drug resistance
and confer immunity to the germs/virii ?.

In the same way, PREMATURELY replying to draft rules when there
is no need to do so, allows the DoPT/babus to legislate even
harsher and anti-citizen Rules which shall be tougher to challenge.
