If Pragnya was a Muslim or a Christian under such situation the whole World would have risen against esp. UN HUman Rights Commission, Amnesty International, Various NGO-s and Rights Groups claiming the right to defend the victim. Only Hindu-s face such situation.
When Jyoti Singh case (called Braveheart, Damini and so on by media) was in limelight, Sonia Gandhi herself went with PM to extinguish her body in total secrecy so that there would be no uprising after the body arrived from Singapore.
And here is a simple Hindu Sanyasin, molested, disrobed and tortured since three years in Police custody, just because Sonia instructed Chiddu to prove existence of Hindu Terrorism, constituted NIA to prove this and now think of passing the Communal Terrorism Act to supplement the efforts to damage Hindu-s.

The arrest and torture to Sadhvi Pragya is a big heart burning case. It is supposed to be the same for human rights activists also. It is a matter of research and surprise as to how our legal system is getting failed when so many convicted nehruvians' allies are roaming and enjoying freely.

Indian government had once solved Samjhauta Blast and Malegaon blast case and even informed UNO about conviction of guilty . Now guilty are declared as non guilty and new guilty are accuseds who, without any conviction by court yet, treated as criminals. The earlier punished convicts are released and are now giving interviews. Col Purohit another accused is getting full pay as in hush hush talks it is being said that he was acting as cover for army . Sadhvi Pragya , Indresh etc are now called facilitators of new conspiracy theory not yet proved or accepted by any court.
