The DERC has started the process. They directed the 3 DISCOMS of Delhi to reply to IAC as part of the ARR/Truing up process. The reply received from M/s Tata Power can be downloaded from

Tata Power (NDPL) are completely silent on the aspect of Arvind Kejriwal being Tata's ex-employee and my allegations of being hand-in-glove with him or shielding him for electricity theft committed in broad daylight.on national TV.
GOTCHA
TatatPower has also indicated (indirectly) that the investigation process will be long detailed and thorough and it would be PREMATURE for AAP to expect any results on "bijli" front with his allegations

Respected Sir,
Serious allegations of corruption, nonfeasance, malfeasance, misconduct etc. have been made against Hon'ble Chairman/DERC Mr.P.D.Sudhakar on website of Aam Aadmi Party which I have forwarded to you today by email with a request to initiate action against Aam Aadmi Party and/or its President.
These allegations and claims are stated to be based on documents obtained in RTI from DERC, and which were given to Aam Aadmi Party in RTI without following due process since I was an objecting third party u/s 11 of RTI Act.
As Mr. Arvind Kejriwal is a former employee of Tata group who was curiously never arrested for tampering with TPDDL (or NDPL's) electricity installations or conspiring to steal electricity, I have reason to believe that he is hand-in-glove with the DISCOM TPDDL to encourage theft of electricity in Delhi. Mr. Kejriwal's party has also alleged that the account books of the DISCOM's are bogus and cooked up.
Accordingly, I must request, that no further action be taken on M/s TPDLL's truing up petition, now admitted, till such time as Hon'ble Chairman/DERC can demonstrate there is no infirmity in his adjudicating on / hearing such or future petitions and DISCOM's books of accounts etc are genuine.
I am always willing to assist the Hon'ble Commission in whatever small way I can.
