That was an old plan

The Italians are scared that a BJP Govt comes to power or the new CJI.will not be so cooperative (aka "bold") as this one.

In any case even if the fast track court etc does come about, then the Italians have got their plans all ready.

There were 6 Italian marines on board. They have already manipulated the ballistic results to shown that these 2 are not the ones who fired the bullets .All this is reported in the Italian language newspapers which IAC's foreign correspondents are tracking..
