Supreme Court rejected the bail application of Pragya Singh in September 2012.
If there's no bail, fast track hearing should be allowed.
For all prisoners or only her? What is your interest in protecting in this particular terror suspect? So far you only are saying it should be done without pointing out where she has been wronged.
Do you dislike law enforcement and judiciary uniformly or only when the accused are those you'd like impunity for? From what I read of her case, her every allegation has been heard by the court and dismissed. The Human Rights Commission was looking into allegations of custodial toruture. If threat of torture is grounds for bail then Ram Singh wouldn't need to "suicide" - he could have got bail. He had broken hands too?
What nonsense is this?
If she is being tortured, then it is against law, we can bring pressure for torture to stop. Custodial torture must stop for all - Kashmriris and tribals included, not just her. But we don't seem to have that big a heart do we? Just release the one accused our heart bleeds for. Do what you will with the rest.
Again, why is this partisan crap the business of India Against Corruption?
