These groups (googlegroups) have a different philosophy from the other RTI groups you are used to, and as will be apparent over time.

The DoPT has released the draft rules at this time because they know that RTI camp is divided and that appointment oif next CIC/ICs is very close. They have already made their deals about appointment of next ICs/CIC with the RTI haramis.

Whatever you are reading in the media and other groups about the draft RTI rules is all fake and manipulated by RTI haramis. It is the old magicians trick to distract the audience by waving a red handkerchief in left hand and doing harimapan (buggery) with your right hand with your planted people in the audience organising the clapping. It is all prearranged who will take credit for getting what is in any case legally untenable rules deleted and who will be appointed as an IC for his treachery.

RTI Unity project is not fooled by this. We shall kick them in the balls as many times as required.
