Dear Asoke Mazumder,
This is shocking ! I agree this is not an appropriate forum to discuss this , yet this is absoluetly unacceptable. Ideally, you should take them to the court.
Best regards,

This morning I had an exchange with one foreign national working in a very senior position in one of the MNC. We were to be their at her Vasant Vihar residence at 1030 for a small maintenance work. Now the chronology
- I tried to connect her husband's cell number which kept on coming Switched Off. We as small player are careful not to waste a days Man-hours, that is the reason we always take last minute confirmation from the client even though it is scheduled.
- Frustrated I gave repeated calls to her number; no response yet, sent a SMS still no response.
- After about an hour she calls me up, I apologized (Though not at all at fault), tried to explain her, the mess up, now it was her tern. Once we have given you the consent by E-mail (After weeks when I could explain them and remained stubborn not work with them unless they give me a PO/WO. The very same white guys who do not even pee, unless you pay them in advance, need proof? Go to CAG reports) why you need a confirmation from us. Why did you send SMS/Call at our respective Cell Nos…. We westerners are unlike Indians, You bloody etc. etc. etc.
I was still polite and excuse myself, as I was in my sense in spite of insult inflicted to me as an Indian. I am proud of my culture which taught me, not to insult a foreigner (A guest, even though you are provoked) and that to a Lady.Through this mail I do not want to spread hatred amongst different nationality, but I request all foreigners to be respectful to local culture and sensibilities, specially refraining using filthy languages and gestures. My earnest request to all Embassy/High Commissions at Delhi. Kindly take an initiative to educate your citizens to avoid such unfortunate incidents in future. Such behavior has a hidden danger; some times the recipient might react in a very not so pleasant way.Feel free to correct me if am wrong. The call details might be helpful to dig out dirt.AK MazumderNew Delhi
