Re: [HumJanenge] Blast at Delhi High Court

Respected Sir,

Not to disrespect you, but you yourself are in best position to provide us the information as you yourself are a Army Man. We can start a movement for the same collectively or

We will let Mr. Sarbarjit handle the case, there will a be a nuclear warfare against the Pak, as he will hit the government hard where it hurts the most with his dictator style. :) (just Joking).

Regards,
Mr. Hemant Kshirsagar

Why can't we be Bold and take preemtive action to destroy all or some of known Militant bases in Pak to teach a lesson. One surgical action last night would have woken Pak out of their growing bold day by day hitting us as and when they want. Why the Armed forces being paid and Nurtured.

We have not taken any concrete steps to punish afzal guru and Kasab. a backbone less, indecisive India. God save us

My great sympathy with all of victims of this tragedy.

Blaming does not solve the problem but we have to act upon.
We all ( Lawyer, Judge, Public & Administration ) should come
together and decide their own security and implement & adhere
also on daily basis.

Subrato Paul

Dear Friends I was within the Delhi High Court at 10:14 AM when  powerful blast shook the building, resulting in hundreds of people being affected. In fact I was standing at the very spot where the blast took place at about 9:45 AM. The blame for this incident lies squarely at the door of the Chief Justice of Delhi High Court. I had filed RTIs recently to the Court highlighting the problems litigants like me faced to enter the court and make passes strongly emphasising the "threat to life and limb" of litigants by the encroachment on the pavements by the advocates and court . Recent security measures introduced by the Registrar/DHC like insisting on photo-ID and making applicants for gate passes sign in their presence have increased the queques. Only 3 functioning counters to issue passes, senior advocates parking their BMWs on the footpath where the passes are issued. In the SC the pass section is inside the controlled area and they have about 15 functioning counters. And so on. Sarbajit
