(this is the only best appropriate word). Also, I think, installing the CCTV will be great, but with the audio recording facilities will be the best. And with the videos in RTI circle, we will be able to understand why there are so many cases pending in the courts. I am in for any such movement for fitting the cameras in police station, talathi's offices and courts starting from the district's courts. In fact I was standing at the very spot where the blast took place at about 9:45 AM. The blame for this incident lies squarely at the door of the Chief Justice of Delhi High Court. I had filed RTIs recently to the Court highlighting the problems litigants like me faced to enter the court and make passes strongly emphasising the "threat to life and limb" of litigants by the encroachment on the pavements by the advocates and court . Recent security measures introduced by the Registrar/DHC like insisting on photo-ID and making applicants for gate passes sign in their presence have increased the queques. Only 3 functioning counters to issue passes, senior advocates parking their BMWs on the footpath where the passes are issued.
