Re: II Re: [HumJanenge] Mr. Rahul Gandhi - thats what we are also saYING

Convenor,

In Every gathering of mass the well meaning people should ensure taking a pledge of the people who attend that each one of them will not get involved in illegal activities which is destroying the Quality Life of people.
All people connected with law enforcement[lower rung included] must as a part of their action on good turn for the day try to remove illegal activities -at least one going on in his jurisdiction.People must rise .Enough is enough .Resident Non Indians must be checked from plundering the National Wealth. The root must be shaken-top will know their days are numbered.Even the gesture of unearthing black money made hasty trips by many to foreign countries for Bandobast.Countrymen are not fools not to know their motive behind such visits.Majority of the countrymen are honest still.

With kind regards

It is humbug and hypocrite to have two methods and agency to deal with lower staff and upper level officers.

Read carefully:
Lower level staff becomes corrupted only because of the top level staff is corrupted. Indira Gandhi was not prosecuted on Nagarwala scam and that is why the corruption at top level continued. We have spared Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi and Sonia at several occassions. Similar is the case with top officers.

When upper level officers are corrupted they have no moral courage to take action against lower level staff. This is my personal experience in telecommunication.

A general manager was involved in unlawful act and it was recorded in a call. He was saved by the Chief General Manager, because he bribed the Chief General Manager by giving him few lakhs rupees.

A general manager in TCIL had told me that to get his work contract extended for three months, he has to make some  payment to Chief General Manager.

A General Manager of Finance was allotting fund only if he gets some bribe.

Now what all I am talking about, are the matters related with ITS officers (Indian Telecommunication Services Officers which is en-par with Indian Administrative Services) of same channel of recruitment.

These officers are there in the department to safe guard each other. This is the fact. I can tell it on oath.

Therefore it is useless to not cover top officers under Lok Pal Bill.

The "end" of Anna's fast is OK as we do not want Anna Hazare to get lost.

According to me the Nehruvian Congress is not worthy to show any pity or relaxation. Every Nehruvian Congress understands only language of pressure from mass movement, language of money. You pay him and get the work done.

How Industrialists are doing? To mix Iodine in salt. BJP government had made it optional. Without any protest or agitation from public or salt manufacturers the Nehruvian Congress made it compulsory.  Why? Because they were paid.

As for voting on Lokpal Bill is concern:

Media is supposed to concentrate its strength on MPs calling and interviewing them individually to disclose their say in details on the bill on each disputed point extensively with reasons. It should be a live interview so that people can watch it and can understand as to where each MP stands.

Besides this, there should not be any pressure on the MPs from the party, while they are expressing views and casting vote.

Remember. If parliament is superior to civil society, then its members are supposed to be free to vote on the line they want. It must be very clear to the people as well as to the Nehruvian Congress party that members are not the representatives of party,  members are representative of people. People have right to know as to why and where their representatives cast their vote. This is because people are supreme to even constitution.

Dear Mr Harjap
I am a retired beuracrat as well.Whatever I have written is based on my experience and knowledge.Mr Anna Hazare,I respect him, But what is his experience and knowledge to ask for a populst LOKpal bill.Mahatma Gandi Knew what he ws saying and its impact.I saw hooligans  fully drunk beating up police in support of Anna.Gandhi would have withdrawn his fst if any of his folowers misbehaved like that. What I am saying is that Respect the constitution.Provide cheks and balances in the Lokpal Bill. The whole bill will be used to correct low lvel corruption of Court Clerks and post men helping in the process high level corruption.High level corruption has an economic impact makin living impossible necessitating low level corruption of Post men and Clerks whose demsnd does not pinch but only delay the process.Anna,s Lokpal Bill will crash the administration to a Halt.
