Yesterday, I read a news in local news paper San Jose Mecury News and it said that in last three years not even single terrorist has been prosecuted in India. I find difficult to believe the report but assuming it is true, it reveals how soft (or inefficient) the Indian State has become.

Verification and Security are important aspects as to, entry to these institutions are concerned.Maybe all people big and small shd be subjected to these procedures. Why let some imp ppl enter a hospital, airport or a court house, without same.As sarabjitji says the counters functioning on this unfortunate day, were crowded. This will give all a level field and maybe then these ppl in high places wld install the necessary equipment and save precious lives. And all of us can put our minds to legislative issues which will save us from any untoward situations and political machinations.

Dear Rohati ji,
Please remember that India is a "SOFT STATE". SOFT ON TERRORISTS AND CORRUPTIONISTS BUT HARD ON THOSE WHO FIGHT WITH THE evils mentioned above. Even Courts orders are out-done by keepting mercy petitions for long time and after they are cleared, then the resolution of state Assemby for granting pardon. For all this, v cannot blame any outsider.

Date: Thursday, 8 September, 2011, 8:36 PM in my opinion pl do not try to find those two terrorists otherwise we will be those two more by ublic money in jail as we have no will to hang them . if you do not believe them look for afzal guru was given death sentence in 2004 by supreme court as well for paki who killed so many innocent are provided free board and room at our expenses. out great govt will be like to take care of their family as well out of mercy as usual and moneyt will be given to those killed only after few to ten yeatrs afterwards of confirmation and paper work.but i am very sorry for those 12 people who loss their lives. god help their families.\with regardsumesh rashmi rohatgiFrom: Mr. Hemant Kshirsagar <hemantkshirsagar01@gmail.com>

My great sympathy with all of victims of this tragedy.Blaming does not solve the problem but we have to act upon.We all ( Lawyer, Judge, Public & Administration ) should cometogether and decide their own security and implement & adherealso on daily basis.Regards,Subrato Paul From: M.K. In fact I was standing at the very spot where the blast took place at about 9:45 AM. The blame for this incident lies squarely at the door of the Chief Justice of Delhi High Court. I had filed RTIs recently to the Court highlighting the problems litigants like me faced to enter the court and make passes strongly emphasising the "threat to life and limb" of litigants by the encroachment on the pavements by the advocates and court . Recent security measures introduced by the Registrar/DHC like insisting on photo-ID and making applicants for gate passes sign in their presence have increased the queques. Only 3 functioning counters to issue passes, senior advocates parking their BMWs on the footpath where the passes are issued. In the SC the pass section is inside the controlled area and they have about 15 functioning counters. And so on. Sarbajit--
