Failure mockingly stares at India , WILL CONTINUE to mock, as long as the
professionals have to take their que from UN-professional babus; masquerading
as SELF PROCLAIMED "know alls".
Whether it is Police or Air India or HAL or water or electric supply or potholed roads
ET AL. . . .
THE UNPROFESIONALS rule the roost. IAS = INDIAN ASPHICIATION SERVICE, like
an Anaconda; will choke everybody & EVERY Institution to DEATH, while boasting
to cover up their INAPTITUDE.
They are striving very very hard to REDUCE the Fauj to the malleable state
of the Police so their TAKEOVER of India is Complete.

Govt after govt have failed in internal national security. The institutions of int and
police have been corrupted with mindless misuse beyond imagination. They have lost all motivation to do anti terror duty which does not give them any graft. Agreed, it is not a simple issue.
Let's demand restructuring of int agencies with state int coming up the chain of command right up to the center under a unified agency. This unified int agency would not report to the minister but to secretary for home land security who would also command the anti terror police. The entire police would be divided into two divisions, one taking care of routine law and order the other terror acts. De-link law and order force from anti terror force. The secy responsible for anti terror will not be part of home ministry but home land security. This secy home land security is a retd armed forces chief to be cleared for the post by the PM. He is directly responsible to the CCS which is headed by the PM. The anti terror force is apolitical on the lines of the Armed Forces.

Dear Friends
I was within the Delhi High Court at 10:14 AM when powerful blast
shook the building, resulting in hundreds of people being affected. In
fact I was standing at the very spot where the blast took place at
about 9:45 AM.
The blame for this incident lies squarely at the door of the Chief
Justice of Delhi High Court. I had filed RTIs recently to the Court
highlighting the problems litigants like me faced to enter the court
and make passes strongly emphasising the "threat to life and limb" of
litigants by the encroachment on the pavements by the advocates and
court . Recent security measures introduced by the Registrar/DHC like
insisting on photo-ID and making applicants for gate passes sign in
their presence have increased the queques. Only 3 functioning counters
to issue passes, senior advocates parking their BMWs on the footpath
where the passes are issued. In the SC the pass section is inside the
controlled area and they have about 15 functioning counters. And so
on.
