I think neither Institution of Engineers or Council of Architecture is
not involved .
Moreover, neither the LEEDS Accredited Profession Examination is
Accredited in India or even in USA or anywhere in the world.Also, the
the USGBC and or GBCI LEEDS Cerified Green Building is not at all
Green in real sense.PLATINUM , GOLD etc. is not Green at all and I had
told very this clearly to Mr. Prem C Jain and other so called
Architects marketing Leeds Platinum , Gold etc. in one CII Seminar
held at one 5 star hotel in Delhi. The whole thing is totally a
fraudulent , useless and a deceitful Strategy to fleece the Indian
Foreign exchange by charging fabulous money at each stage of
Certification in terms of fantastic high rate of USD. . USGBC , GBCI
has no office in India, they are not transparent at all, the do not
follow Indian Right to Information Act, they criminally do racial
discremination to Indians . They are not bound by any Indian Acts or
Laws because they do not officially exist in India having no addresses
in India.I think they are also not within any Government Ministry or
Department's Jurisdiction.the same thing is possibly applicable in
their own country of origin USA.
In India there are quite a number of knowledgeable Right Activists. It
will be a great thing if any one of them takes interest and stops this
fraudulent, deceitful money sucking activities against by a foreign
entity.
