Re: [IAC#RG] New List guidelines / rules

Dear Serbajit,

Issues you have listed may invite debate in which views expressed may be contrary to your declared policy. Unless there is an open discussion it will be difficult to arrive at all-inclusive solutions.

Promoting one-sided opinions as a policy without intelligent debate will be retrogressive.
Perhaps you may elaborate on the subject.

Subject: [IAC#RG] New List guidelines / rules

Dear list subscribers

To restore the focus of the IAC movement, the brand owners have directed as follows:

A) No more manual unsubscriptions from the list. The footer of every email sent contains how to leave. Henceforth this is the only way out.

B) IAC mailing list will henceforth not forward emails which are substantially at variance from IAC's own declared stands or oppositions. (a few of these are summarised below from the draft manifesto)
  • IAC stands for Inclusive society with equality of opportunity and merit
  • IAC stands for secularism
  • IAC stands for the freedom to practice and promote religion, including irreligion and atheism
  • IAC stands for socialism
  • IAC stands for the basic Right to Exist in a human way.
  • IAC stands for the basic Right of citizens to own and transfer property
  • IAC stands for 'self rule'/Swaraj of law (the alternative being revolution).
  • IAC stands for the Right to possess, manufacture and use arms.
  • IAC stands for a clear and transparent monetary system.
  • IAC stands for minimum and basic government.
  • IAC opposes the present political / electoral / Parliamentary systems.
  • IAC opposes ALL subsidies, concessions and reservations
  • IAC opposes LokPal and all other invasive forms of micro-managed Govt.
  • IAC opposes population explosion in pockets of India
  • IAC opposes all forms of corruption.
C) IAC exists to create and maintain a MILITIA of strong willed, self effacing and independent minded reformers - focused on improving India including by unconventional and BOLD means.

D) IF you don't like the program THEN please EXIT.
