Most Respected Sri Surendra Tyagi Sahib, Thank you for your mail.  But, I cannot make out anything out of that, as the same is in Hindi. I could reach your mail as I know little bit Sanskrit, but I cann't understand your mail. As there are so many mails on the subject in English, I can come to conclusion that you are also writing something on the subject.   To make the Hindi language known to all Indians, there should be a 10 to 15% of State Govt., Municipal Corporations, Municipalities, Panchayats, Private Sector Employees of each State should be transferred between each State like Central Govt, PSUs, PSEs, Defence  etc., every year. Knowing multi languages is the only answer for National Integration and not imposing only one languonage i.e. Knowing Hindi alone is not the remedy or answer for lack of National Integration. Once a person is transferred to another State for a minimum of 5 years, he/she will have to necessarily learn that particular language.  There should be regular inter change of above category of Employees.  The state Govts. should provide all facilities like Housing,  Education, Health etc., to all such transferred employees and no one should feel that they are alienated. If such a mass transfers taking place every year between the States, there will be a kind of National bondage will be built in in the system towards National Integeration.     Right from Leh at Jammu and Kashmir to Kanyakumari at Tamil Nadu, 15 % of  the above category of employees should be    transferred each year.  Constitution should be amended suitably if required so that there is no Court interferences to give effect to this National Cause. Lot of Inter State Disputes will come down, if the entire population mingle each other regularly without stagnating in their State itself.  Transfer of surplus River Waters i.e. interlinking of Rivers between the States is the need of the hour for India's fast development.  If everybody start thinking I am an Indian, most of our ills will disappear within a short time. Our leadership at Delhi may appear to be weak, but at least in this aspect,they are right. There is a method in madness of China.
