Mere mention of a name on a list does not itself constitute the contempt of court, unless you declare him, corrupt, most corrupt or highly corrupt etc without any tangible proof and that should apply to all other worthies who can take you to court and ask you to prove the basis of your rating.  Devinder

We were originally planning to have a poll on
'India's most CORRUPT person'.

Then somebody said since Altamas Kabir's
name is on the list it may be contempt of
court. So we altered it to "India's most Honest".

Its an open poll, anyone having the link
can "vote".

There are some simple safeguards to prevent

You will notice that so far nobody has said that
the vote was rigged. Our voting was even more
transparent than that of the Election Commission.
