[IAC++] action against Insurance Agents & TPA's for Mediclaim denial.

Dear Friends,

There are many instances where the insurance agents are not honest about the mediclaim policy they give you.

A lot of times due to non -disclosure of critical information & conditions, the policy holder suffers & is denied the claim due to mistake, non-disclosure or sharp & fraudulent practices on the part of the Insurance agents.

I am interested to fight such cases with the insurance agents & the TPA's through the IRDA & other enforcement agencies.

I would appreciate inputs & help & contacts of other people, professionals & lawyers who can help to take forward this cause.
