Any army that goes to war needs a leader who targets the objective otherwise it is rudderless and is liable to drift. so there is always a need of high command.too much democracy is not advised.

In a few emails to this list members have raised the issue of IAC's

There is no high command, nor does anyone want a high command in IAC.
We aim to be an army of independent but coordinated "intellectual
ninjas" (highly trained. not weighed down by intellectual baggage,
fast and nimble) to take on the State using the weapons the State
provides us and the resources which open-source resistance sites like
riseup.net offer us.
If any one perceives any control by any "high command" of IAC please
complain to our internal ombudsman - Shri Babubhai Vaghela.with a copy
to the mailing list.
