I agree with you. One wastes two years without getting any reply from CIC on the non compliance of its order.

Dear Manoj,I expect that PIO will discover exemptions in the RTI Act to deny information, as he was being coached / tutored by CIC(SM) during the course of the hearing. I expect 8(1)(h) "impede the process of investigation or apprehension or prosecution of offenders;" to be used now. We all know the rackets which are going on in the CIC. This is an old one - waste 1 year waiting for 2nd Appeal, send it back to PIO/FAA, get bakwaas or no info and waste 1 year more and so on. I have just discovered a magic bullet against this today, and am waiting for another of Dr. Sandeep's Gupta's decisions (heard today) to come out.Sarbajit
