Additionally, it may become possible for the big parties to create a sort of monopoly by using NOTA - NOTA will kill all the independent candidates. They have no plan B if they get rejected!!! Additionally, smaller parties will become easy to bankrupt simply by floating bad candidates AND propaganda on other candidates till voters feel disgusted. A few elections going the NOTA way is guaranteed to break the back of all except the largest parties. Election campaigns don't come cheap! Nor is it easy to mobilize people for campaigning over and over for smaller guys. Or for voters to take campaigns seriously.
