Sir
You have immediately understood the essence of what IAC now stands for.
Just as there is "good" black money, there is also "acceptable" corruption.
Is it the fault of the citizen if the State cannot provide enough
hospital beds, railways berths, seats in schools etc etc.? If bribes
are paid in these situations the victims are not to be blamed. It is
the fault of a non-functioning notionally "socialist" model which is
actually a disguised capitalist model underneath.
No Govt hospital ==> goto to private
No railway berth ==> goto private air carrier and private airport operator
No seats in KV ==> goto private, and so on
Laissez faire and the devil take the hindmost.
OTH, there is the system of organised rackets, payoffs, commissions
etc. to benefit
private persons at the expense of the State. I repeat the key
difference is "at the expense of the State". This is pure corruption
which has to be eliminated. This is where we had our differences with
Team Arvind, Team Anna etc. Since we are apolitical we didn't need the
"aam aadmi", his vote or his note. Actually, we don't really care
about problems of "aam aadmi", we care about Nation Building .. which
is not entirely the same thing.
If you are uncomfortable with what we are doing, the website of AAP is
www. aamaadmiparty.org , Anna's Office had also circulated their
contact details a few days back.to this list.
