Kindly note that every party does publish its Election Manifesto. In two parties there are essentially some contradictory proposals. It must be the responsibility of President to see that coalition between two parties having contradictory proposals in their manifestos are not permitted to be partners in Government.
After all the voters have elected their candidates based on their manifesto proposals. Changing the proposals after election (for joining Government) is surely cheating the voters, isn't it? It should not be permitted, don't you agree sir?

Dear Members,
After scintillating discussions on "Negative Voting" and also "Black Money", another issue we feel should be discussed is the proposition that "Coalition Governments breed corruption".
The floor is open for diagnosis and solutions etc.
