no u cannot do so. for a non compliance, send a letter to same IC with copy to cic. For complaint against ic, send to president and cic (for central ics) and to governor and scic (for state ics)

the postal department has given facility only for sending rti applications, first and second appeals.

Can we also submit letter to CIC on non-compliance and complaint against the Information Commissioner to the Chief Information Commissioner through the designated post office without incurring postal charges?
