| If you all know how Vodafone was came up. It is also a fraud. Originally this was 100% subsidiary , on of Esaar Gujarat Limited now Essar Steel Limited , How and when demerge from the Essar Gujarat Limited not know to me the year it was some what about 15 years back or so. To whom the shares preferential issue of shares were made not with the consent of shareholders !!!!!! Further to that Mr Shashi Ruia was traveling from Hongkong to Mumbai in Catahay Pacific Air . I was also in the same plane. The case of my own was like this. I paid all the call money on the shares and some of the shares were transferred to my friends name. Now the Company also issued another call notice in his name top pay the call money. It was collected twice by the company.!!!! I told this story to Shashi Ruia. He gave me a reply stating the reason that " Mr. Shah you know that all these money transaction are done by Registrar and Transfer agent and all money are with them only. The Company has nothing to do for this money!! This is the knowledge of ABC of accounts and law. This is how the frauds are being conducted. For many years this question for refund of money was going on. No body care. You can see how the accounts may be maintained and followed!!!!!! They also sign the same accounts !!!!!! Copy of this e mail is also sent to Essar Steel limited. They say that their E Mail system is crashed . They do not receive any mails!!!!!! Just couple of days back I talked to Hazira plant where Registered Office is situate.
