At about 6, I spoke to Shri Lokesh Batra on phone. He told me that on hearing this, he rushed on the sceen. At that time, Shri Kejriwal and others were with the Authorities (SDM?). Lokesh ji said that as and when they will come out, he will go. I request Lokesh ji to post the details. In a group, such differences are not unusual. In a democracy, every body has a right of peaceful protest and the govt. should not try to smoother their voice. In fact, RTI applicants are making the govt. job of fighting corruption and deliquency easy. If this is true, we comdemn such unwarranted action on the demonstration in one voice.

Dear All, Bureaucrats, so far too powerful & largely untouched, need to appreciate the Winds of Change on accountability of public administration and, under such circumstances, better leave Office gracefully before public ire compelled them to. Regards. Babubhai.
