Re: [rti4empowerment] Chief Minister Maharashtra : Adarsh: Babu defies govt's suspension order, attends office (Ramanand Tiwari ex IAS be arrested and put behind bars for defiance of legal written Govt Order)

I agree with Sarbajit, Tiwari cannot be immediately be suspended , even the UP commissioner it was said he was removed but he was suspended and I believe he retired in the period of suspension. May be some other person knowing better about UP commissioner.
Yours in RTI service

The only thing can be done is request by appellants to SCIC to transfer the case to other commissioner.

Has the suspension order actually been approved by the Maha Governor?
Has teh entire due process been followed,  it is a very long drawn out
process, and any haste would result in his going to court, getting a
stay and carrying on like the former director of AIIMS,

If we see Mr. Babubhai's first message, the Maha government has
"recommended" that Tiwari be suspended.

By attending officer even after suspension is fraught with danger as he may tamper with the records. His attending office also shows the failure of the system.
