RE: [rti4empowerment] ICs ARE LINIENT IN IMPOSING PENALTIES

Dear All, The unjustified & undue leniency that we, thousands of RTI Users, have experienced at the hands of ICs is replication of what Judiciary has been doing for ages condoning corrupt practices & irregularities of Govt Bodies and, unfortunately, continue it to do to deny justice to common man. To control their sinister activities we need to continue our dedicated efforts. We also need to lodge complaints at levels of CM / PM / Governor / President of India wherever needed.
