In every case a wrong is detected(or is alleged) the whole lot of people involved in the process must be made to answer for the wrong and their delinquency neds to be apportioned,in terms of normal administrative process. Just taking part/pseudo action wouldn't do Also systemic changes,say through introduction of fool-proof checklist based system(which includes certification at different levels for having performed the duty/role with due diligence) also MUST be brought at the fatest to prevent recurrence of similar or other types of wrongs.

If we admire quality products/services from the market system why quality(best quality rather under the circumstances) GOVERNANCE/ADMINISTRATION can't and shouldn't be desired by us all?

There's need to build a nationwide campaign for quality governance.Not just ritualistic/ status-quoist,but dynamically of the best quality.There need to be proper multiple measures to identify/calibrate the quality.Its the task of PMO that works on RFD(Result Framework Documentation).

How these concepts in lucid manner could be circulated widely is the major challenge before we RTI Activists.
