Mr Dhiraj Shrivastava is the PS to CP (ie. Chairperson NAC - presently Ms. Sonia Gandhi).
He has fully clarified in his email his status / designation. As an officer (not PS) he is eligble to be appointed as a CPIO.

The RTI disclosure of NAC has now come onto their website. Activists can further assist / rpresent to Mr Shrivastava in the lacunae, if any, for NAC's proactive disclosure.
