Satyendra Kumar Dubey made serious charges of Mega Scam in NHAI projects to the tune of Rs. 30,000 crores.
Do you know that Arvind Kejriwal filed PIL for Third Probe when two CBI probes were already on so that through Arvind Kejriwal BJP could access all the documents filed by CBI >
Ø in advance in many cases before they are submitted in the Supreme Court.
When I go to the Supreme Court I get to know of few comments that I may hear from 50 ft distance.
But as petitioner Arvind Kejriwal was getting copies of all documents submitted by CBI.
'The court has already issued notices to the PMO among others on a lawyer Rakesh U Upadhayay's PIL seeking a CBI probe into Dubey's murder.'

Privartan of Arvind Kejriwal wanted 'Whistle Blower Act' instead.
He may be clever in not disclosing his real connections but it is obvious he was Spy in Chief in SKD murder probe for BJP RSS.

Arvind Kejriwal's Third PIL - CBI Investigation in to NHAI Scam/SKD Letter
Arvind Kejriwal filed third PIL in to Satyendra Kumar Dubey Political Murder.
SKD in letter a year in advance of his murder disclosed Rs. 30,000 crores NHAI Mega Scam to Atal Behari Vajpayee.
To Derail investigation Arvind Kejriwal filed third PIL to make sure the investigation is hampered.
Supreme Court also noticed the Mischief.
He blatantly lied that he has no connection with RSS BJP, he is hard core agent of BJP RSS.

SC issues notice on Golden Quadrilateral

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Friday issued notices to CBI, Centre and Bihar government on a petition seeking independent probe into the allegations of corruption in the prime minister's dream Golden Quadrilateral project connecting national highways across the country.
A Bench of Justices Ruma Pal and P V Reddi also issued notice on petitioners - an NGO ' parivartan' and father of slain Bihar engineer Satyendra Dubey - on the question of enacting a "Whistle Blowers Act" to bring to the fore several incidents of corruption that go unreported due to fear of reprisal from government.
When asked to why the court should entertain a series of public interest petitions following the brutal murder of Dubey, petitioners' counsel Prashant Bhushan said that in a PIL matter it was better to entertain a few of them on the same issue so as not to leave out any important aspect of the issue that concerned the public.
Dubey, a civil engineering graduate from IIT Kanpur and associated with the GQ project in Bihar, was murdered on November 27, 2003, a few days before he was to take charge as project manager at Koderma.
Dubey had sent a letter to the prime minister's office in which he complained about massive corruption in the construction of the project.
The court has already issued notices to the PMO among others on a lawyer Rakesh U Upadhayay's PIL seeking a CBI probe into Dubey's murder.
Dubey's confidential letter to PM Atal Behari Vajpayee was leaked in the government and he was soon murdered in cold blood, the petition had said.
Upadhyayay said despite Dubey's request not to divulge his name, his identity was disclosed, which led to his murder.
The PMO has however denied the government having ever leaked the name of Dubey.

Three years ago, I approached Arvind Kejriwal who put me through to Mr Prashant Bhushan. I had several meetings with him and also gave a presentation before the Citizens Forum Against Corruption. Once he was convinced of the genuineness of my case, he agreed to take it on, gratis. During the last three years, there have been dozens of hearings in the Delhi High Court. Unless he has a case in the Supreme Court at the same time, he always attends personally. Prashant Bhushan, Arvind Kejriwal and Admiral RH Tahliani even took a delgation to the CVC to ask him to investigate the instances of corruption that I had formally reported to him.It is true that Prashant Bhushan does charge fees (nominal, compared to others) to sustain his office expenses and his staff. But 75% of the cases he takes on are free. RTI activists should not indulge in raising appeals. Any whre dynastic decisions particulalry in politics have ruined this country and you are voting for it.
Mr. Prashant Bhushan is billionnaire. He takes the cases of only rich people (corrupt rich India and not of common man - the Real India). Baba Ram Dev
has raised an important question. A person who does not know how much injustice is done to poor people, how can he represent their aspirations? Do you

a few generations will have to fight. In the beginning itself, Anna Hazare Ji should not have accepted this without having got litmus test like Congress CM
of Delhi refusing to take action against a corrupt minister on the recommendation of Delhi Lok Ayukta who earned powers on the basis of Dellhi Lokayukta Act
of 1998. Rathwer she is challenging his authority. This may happen when Jan Lok Pal Bill chairman makes any recommendation against a minister or bureacrat
and a corrupt P.M. may not take any action. Real India will have to remain a mute spectator.
UPA Govt. in the Centre particularly Congress and DMK wanted to buy time to reduce negative effects of this agitation

Swami Ramdevji expressed his concerned claiming that appointment of Shri Shanti Bhusanji and Shri Prashant Bhusan is also a dynastic appointment in Drafting Committee for Lokpal Bill.
Shri Shanti Bhusanji is just not a former Law Minister, rather he was known fighter against political corruption, since he fought Famous Election Petition in Allahabad High Court on behalf of Shri Raj Narayan against Smt. Indira Gandhi. He is one of the important legal luminaries of India.
Shri Prashant Bhusanji, no doubt is son of Shri Shanti Bhusanji, but he himself proved as very competent Supreme Court Lawyer, without taking any advantage of the name and fame of his father. He filed several petitions, concerned to Larger Public Interests and also against corruption related matter. He was dare to face contempt Petition initiated against him in the Supreme Court, because he raised a very important issue, of ethnic values.
Both Shri Shanti Bhusanji and Shri Prashant Bhusanji involved in drafting of Jan Lokpal Bill. I think we could not have able to suggest any better name for Co-Chairman than Shanti Bhusanji. If we opposing the name of Shri Prashant Bhusanji, we are trying to damage the efficacy which may contain in the Lokpal Bill, if its drafted by the present Drafting Committee, having with its members including Shri Shanti Bhusanji and Shri Prashant Bhusanji.
Therefore, this is my appeal to Swami Ramdevji, kindly withdraw his opposition against appointment of Shri Shanti Bhusanji and Shri Prashant Bhusanji by Shri Anna Hazare, and should forward his full support to Committee's Penal Members from Civil Society.
