This book was released by Mr. H.C. Arora, President of the RTI Activist Federation, Punjab on 13 April 2011 at a PRESS CONFERENCE held at PRESS CLUB, CHANDIGARH and the hard copies of this book was distributed among the press-percons who were present at the press conference.

The demand of this book was so overwhelming that all the printed copied were taken away by the enthusiasts in no time. Owing to the popular demand of the book we have to bring out this soft copy.

Soon this book will be available online on the Internet.

We are  heartily thankful to the press persons, both of the print media as well as the Electronic Media for their keen interest in the matters of public importance raised at the platform of  RTI Activist Federation, Punjab by its president Advocate H.C. Arora.

We hope that we shall continue to enjoy the support of the PRESS all the time.
