Abhijit Jee, I would recommend you to file the complaint before CIC in
addition to filing the 2nd appeal. Both, in complaint as well as 2nd appeal,
please make a prayer for compensation for yourself and penalty on the PIO/
Deemed PIO. This may yield some desired result.

Dear Friends

I needs your expertise.

I filled for a RTI application, the PIO did not respond, so I filed a
1st appeal, the FAA heard the matter and assured me of a reply with no
consequence to the PIO.

30 days after the hearing I have not received any response from the
public authority. I would like to file a very strong 2nd appeal which
would result in heavy damages to the PIO and FAA for ignoring the RTI
Act. They have zero compliance for section for of the RTI Act and I AM
PISSED.

May i request a draft 2nd appeal from anyone who wishes to help me.
