You might also like to check the darpg website for loads of such information. http://darpg.nic.in/ However, I would prefer that you access the 17 manuals of the respective PA U/s 4(1)(b) especially Manual No. 3 to 6 which should contain all these details. Bimal Khemani of Aligarh has the copy of the original DARPG on officers to maintain Movement Register.
