I resent the inference that I am after anybody. The reality is that NAC is harassing me and making MY life miserable :-)

Mr Raju is a career IAS officer. He realises that NAC-2 (unlike NAC-1) is a dead end career move with every one passing the buck (I don't mean passing "bucks") to him.
