I am talking about the procedure that all the letters/ communications should be diarised on the same day and they should be sent to concerned officer on the same or next day. Also, all the offices have to maintain a Movement Register.I requested for details about this decision as many times, PIOs take stand that he had been handed over the RTI application after 10-20 days of its delivery to the office and cite this to justify delay in reply.
