Re: [HumJanenge] PUBLIC GRIEVANCE: Intemperate language used in decisions of the Commission

2 brief comments to dispel your confusion.

1) ICs and CICs have a different standard for measuring intemperate
language / behaviour (as you doubtless recall from your little run in
with Mr Tiwari).

2) Although the SC declined to stay the judgment of Delhi High Court
striking down Management Regulations, the SC has given a very limited
relief to CIC insofar as constitution of benches are concerned
pende-lite.
