There is 1 clear lesson to be learned from Gen Malhotra's Fwd
16 out of the 21 riots have taken place in the following 4 States.with 4 riots each. Gujarat, Maharashtra, UP and Bihar.
Based on this analysis (though not emanating from it) it seems that persons from UP and Bihar were involved in almost all these 16 riots - either as perpetrators or as victims.
Seriously, if we kept poliicans from these 4 states out of national politics India would be very different.
