A) That the IAC jan andolan resolves that the issue of the 2 non-returning Italian marines is a matter of grave national concern and above petty politics.

 

India has been treated as a Banana Republic- Mango people as Vadra calls- by even a small island like Maldives by overruling commitment given of not arrestiung the former President but arresting him before the ink was dry on the agreement.

 

Pakistan beheaded the patrolling soldiers and the head was presented to the LeT compensated by a reward of Rs.5 lakhs. When Indian Extl Affairs Minister wanted the head to be returned it was an empty demand not complied with by the brazen Pak. Govt.

 

The imbecile coward Salman Khurshid, the Foreign Minister receives Pak.Prime Minister, hosts a dinner at Jaipur 5 Star hotel Rambagh with suoitable protocals until he flies back to Pakistan/ The Pak PM on return retaliates by passing the Resolution in the house (to be dissolved soon) condemning the execution of Parliament attacker Afzal, an India Citizen!!

Salman Khurshid swallows his own spit!!

 

The anti-national Hurriyat leader sits cosying with LeT Hafiz Saiyed at Islamabad and returns to Delhi justifying his visit under valid visa and returns to Srinagar with "innocence" and temporarily faces a token of "house arrest"!!

 

Are we not Mango people of Banana Republic headed by Antonia Edwiga Maino, a dual citizen?

 

B) That it is a matter of grave national concern if the Italian marines were allowed to leave the country with the knowledge of the Chief Justice of India that they were unlikely to return. If there are no financially solvent Indian sureties who stood guarantee for their return on this occasion, it needs to be publicly explained why no sureties were taken.

 

The Muslim Solicitor general Vahanvati, did not present the case of Govt. properly to prevent the criminal Italians from leaving the Country to cast their votes and recommended their departure!! There are provisions for voting by citizens outside the Country- in every Country like U.S., esp those of armed forces like Navy- and votes could cast either by postal means or in the Embassy of the Country. But Vahanvati was briefed by the highest in the Country to facilitate Italian criminals to be allowed to go.

 

The icing of the Cake was however, Supreme Court demanding an assurance from Ambassador of their return to face the trials and the UNDETAKING GIVEN BY ITALIAN AMBASSADOR is the document that would facilitate his detention and prosecution if the criminals are not returned as assured to the Highest Court. Govt. cannot interfere in the dcision of the Supreme Court, though the sycophant coward Salman Khurshid sounded that Diplomatic immunity might be called in that might prevent India taking any action!!!

 

C) That it is a corruption issue, like the Bhopal Gas settlement, if the Supreme Court, has again been used to facilitate foreign murderers getting away after heavy bribes are paid to the ruling Congress party (and/or its "dual citizenship" President) after the Hon'ble Court is misled.

In case of Bhopal Gas Tragedy, Anderson landed in Bhopal and wanted to see for himself the damages caused first hand, so that DuPont could decide on the extent of damage and compensation!! But he was collected in a hurry by the State Police Chief himself driving the CM's official car, a blue Ambassador- under directives from Rajiv Gandhi to Arjun Singh then CM- taken direct to the airport, and was flown to Delhi in the already ready Govt. Aircraft, taken into the U.S. Embassy at Delhi and put back in the next flight to U.S.

 

What is it that the Govt. wanted to hide? The Bhopal tragedy was not an accident but a Sabotage as none of the workers of the night shift were affected no present in the factory, after the Union leader opened the water inlet valve into the underground storage MIC tank (Methyl Iso Cyanate) that triggered the exothermic reaction and the tank exploded spreading the toxic gas as a moving cloud killing many on its move!!

 

D) That Mr. Harish Salve's integrity and honesty, as an officer of the court, is directly and specifically in question if he tendered the guarantees on behalf of his clients suspecting they were unlikely to return.

Harish Salve has proved his allegience to the Country by recusing himself from attending this case and as he said "I am an Indian first and uphold the Country's interest and integrity.

 

E) That this sordid episode also reeks of JUDICIAL CORRUPTION and it is nothing but a corruption issue considering that the offenders were in India's judicial custody (albeit enjoying extraordinary privileges and 5 star comfort in extraordinary circumstances). The Chief Justice of India Mr. Altamas Kabir should immediately resign if the State is unable to bring back the marines to face trial in India very soon.

 

The case was being tried at Kerala Courts as the murders took place in its jurisdiction and under instructions of Centre, the case was transferred to the Supreme Court, though being the prerogative of the Court, raises the question whether there was instructions from Sonia Gandhi to shift them to Delhi for better comforts and possible easier intervention by her. Afterall blood is thicker than water and as usual Supreme Court has abided by her instructions.

F) That the members desire IAC to coordinate with all other like minded forces on this issue.

 

G) That on Sonia Gandhi's dual nationality question IAC should proceed cautiously to ensure that IAC does not end up with egg on its face in case Mrs. Gandhi has actually renounced her Italian citizenship. However, if she has not done so then it is equally a corruption issue which needs to be vigorously pursued.

 

You might recall that the dual Nationality Bill was introduced in both houses within a week and got signed by the President within this period TO FACILITATE SONIA GANDHI ENJOY THE LAW BEFORE THE ELECTIONS. IT WAS BRAJESH MISHRA WHO DID THIS AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL TRICK BY HIS INFLUENCE WITH THE PM VAJPAYEE, and though the bill was presented as if to facilitate NRI-s to enjoy dual citizenship and not take visa-s to visit India, THE REAL INTENT WAS TO FACILITATE SONIA GANDHI TO RETAIN HER ITALIAN PASSPORT WHICH SHE USES FOR ANY VISIT OUTSIDE INDIA, HER INDIAN PASSPORT RETAINED AT MILAN AND ALL FURTHER TRIPS ONLY UNDER ITALIAN NAME AnD PASSPORT.

 

H) That the IAC andolan denounces all arguments that the Indian Govt and the Indian Navy and all other Indian maritime enforcement agencies cannot protect its international Exclusive Economic Zone by all means necessary. The IAC also denounces those foreign aligned persons and hired mouthpieces who say that Indian fisherman are restricted to fishing 12 miles from India's coastline and that India cannot police its Exclusive Economic Zone or exploit its riches .

I) That the IAC denounces the tardiness of the UPA-II Govt in setting up special courts to award exemplary punishment to foreign mercenary murderers of Indian citizens in India's exclusive zones.

J) That the IAC andolan demands that the State ensure that these 2 marines are brought back immediately to face trial in India, in an exclusively Indian court, under India's laws, for a murder which took place in Indian territory in cold blood on unarmed Indian civilians.
