In Karnataka we have an Experience to Share any complaints on IC's made to Governor or President will not have expected results because these two offices will just act as Post offices and send them to Concerned Governments for further action

For complaint against ic, send to president and cic (for central ics) and to governor and scic (for state ics) the postal department has given facility only for sending rti applications, first and second appeals.
