I agree with you completely. I have filed over 3,000 RTIs on public issues with great success,  and I am ready to advise and draft the correct RTIs for any Ex-serviceman / veteran who is prepared to pursue these matters till the bitter end.

Chiddu leaves veterans to die.

The ECHS has about 40 lakh members. The funds needed for this are very conservatively Rs. 12,000 crores each year. Chiddu has sanctioned barely 12% of this but even this is not available.

Super-specialty hospitals all over the country are refusing to accept ECHS claims of IESMs and turning veterans away. In the latest such incident even the venerable Chairman of IESM movement Lt.Gen Raj  Kadyan was initially turned away from Dr. Naresh Trehan's Gurgaon's Medicity Hospital with platelet count of 17,000 when suffering from dengue because of the Rs. 5 crores ECHS dues to be paid to Medicity only Rs 2 lakhs odd had been paid. Only the personal indulgence of Dr Trehan saved Gen Kadyan. Similarly 2 IESMs were refused cancer treatment for unpaid ECHS bills in Mysore and Nagput.

Is this the way honest veterans deserve to treated in their twilight years ?

India Against .Corruption should enquire using the RTI into funding of cancer treatment of IAS babus and Politicians like Sonia Gandhi  at John Hopkins.
